Basically my understanding is that you can use chemicals to break away blockage(?)

Thanks for any help you all can provide.

  1. It could be a mineral build-up, but why take a chance on putting strong chemicals down your well, when you aren't certain what the problem is?

Save yourself time and money by calling a reliable well service.  We have a well, also, and have found it is much easier and most often more economical to have a professional come in and take care of the problem.

It could also be your pressure tank, or the pump  may be turning off too quickly.

Call a well service and get the problem fixed.

  2. If you have a pressure tank you can drain the air off the top and let it fill with more water and drive the air out..........it's been many years for me...........that's how we fixed my dad's well..........but he would also let me down in the well and I would clean the sand out of the bottom and run it up a rope to him. Most of the time now the well man can just pull the shaft and clean the works if necessary...........all the best to you.
