My website is not displaying images properly

Hi,

I have a website and have uploaded a webpage with images. However I am having a problem in which the images are not displaying. I have checked all the permissions and they seem to be absolutely fine, but when loading the page the picture is not evident, and neither will it view when u check the image location (view image).

I've checked the image location and the path is not the problem, however, I am having this problem when viewing a image through it's location:

It's permissions. It says that i don't have permissions.

I also think that you have not properly configured the Error Document in your .htaccess file.

The problem is permissions:  This is the error I receive.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index_files/header2.jpg on this server.

Edit: I can't see your permissions either but you should be able to CHMOD them in FTP. The problem is with permissions I'm just telling you where to start looking.
