I think that would look very elegant.  I'd put the flower girl in ivory if possible, to kind of match your dress. You could get a dress for her that has little black dots or bows, or red to match the flowers.

Yes, I think red roses will look lovely, and yes the flower girls in white is ok, but they would also look pretty in a light colored dress.

YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT!!  You are the bride.  Flower girls should be in white.  The rest is whatever you prefer.  I like a lot of color at weddings.  As long as it is done tastefully.  Good luck and congratulations on the nuptials.

Red roses would be stunningly beautiful for you, but I wonder if the red roses would show up against the black of the dresses for photos.  Just a thought.

technically you can do whatever you want. Traditionally the bride is in white because its "pure" and no one else wears white because of that. Black isn't usually a wedding color for obvious reasons. but red would look good with black.

my wedding dress is diamond white and my girls dresses are midnight which is a dark color and im going black baccara roses..i got the idea cause i love dramatic and i saw another wedding that the girls wore black with the same roses that im going to do and it was just beautiful..if you gonna go with a white or ivory dress for the flower girls do the colored sash but actually you need to do what you want to do cause its your day and no matter what if you think its beautiful then thats all that matters!!! congrats!!

That is a very popular color combo. Yes you can use red roses with ivory and black since they are both neutral colors and everything goes with them.

As far as ivory vs white, most people can't tell a difference even when the two are side by side because there is no definite distinct white or ivory among all the various dress designers.

yes to the roses, and you can put the flower girls in white if you wish because ivory and white are in the same color palette.  just make sure the flower girl's dress doesn't match yours because i think it looks tacky.

Red, white and black are very dramatic colors and work well together.  If you choose to dress your flower girls in white, make sure that their dresses have a red or black sash.  They probably shouldn't be wearing all white.  That's reserved for the bride!

Why not try Black Magic Roses?? They are very deep red and very classy, chic and sophisticated. Just as your matron of honor in black! Most flowergirls are in white and in pictures, you cannot tell who is in ivory and who is in white.
