My wedding is this december?

my wedding is on this coming December. i would like to lose my tummy..what do you suggest is the best thing to do?

    120 DAYS ARE THERE? SLOWLY CUT OILY STUFF, TAKE VEGITABLES , FRUITS, STOP MEAT ETC NON VEG FOR SOME TIME, HAVE MORNING / EVENING WALK , SLOWLY INCREASE TO BRISK WALK. JUCES YOU TAKE.SOON AFTER A HOT WATER BATH , COVER YOUR SELF FOR ABOUT 10 MINS TILL YOU SWEAT LIKE h**l . THIS WILL REDUCE YOUR WEIGHT?


  2. i lost almost all of my baby weight (proud mother of a 3 month old boy) by cutting out all drinks except for water. it is amazing how much better you feel.

    also a little walking/jogging and an ablounger didnt hurt

  3. Throw on your running shoes and start taking 10 minute walks around the neighborhood at night. When you get used to it, start pushing 1 more block at a time. Every week walk one more block then the last week. It works, I dropped 10 pounds that month from doing that and increasing my water intake.. Water works wonders. Drink as much water as you can and it will flush out everything.. Good luck

  4. Its more about the things that you eat than exercise. Don't get me wrong excerise is important,  but you could burn 2000 calories a day and eat like c**p, and nothing will happen. (Very hard to burn that much if you have a life)./ My advice, cut your carbs down. It sucks, big time. So that means almost all grains and starchy foods like potatoes and corn. People always think that because its a fruit or veggie that its good for them. Not always the case, but those carbs ARE better then grains. And then also watch your fats. buy fat free stuff, and check the labels, sometimes just switching brands can save you 10 carbs, that will add up. drink lots of water. excerise wise, depending on how fit you are, start by walking or jogging for ten min, and slowly work up to longer times. you'll know when its time, when your no longer struggling, although its good to push yourself.   5. exercise and diet. that should do it. actually pilates is a great work out for you tummy. also there are several products which are introduces in the market to loosen  those fats in he tummy area like cellu-sculpt by avon. you could also drink orlistat/xenical drug if you have any prescription. but the best thing to do is eat right. balanced meal, meaning, give yourself more veggies and fish rather than meat. i am not saying be a vegan by heart. just balance the meal you eat. december is still way too long but if you do things right it would be a good result. best wishes!
