My wedding theme color is fuschia, what color and style does the M.O.B and M.O.G wear?

usually whatever the perfer since they are the MOB and MOG they get to chose what they want.

As for style, they each choose what suits them best - so they look lovely, but are comfortable too.

For colours, not fuschia, white or black. They don't have to match one another either.

For my wedding I let them choose the style of dress but as my colors are red and black i put them in red to match my maid of honor and my bridesmaids are wearing black.

Whatever they want. Surely you have enough on your plate with all the wedding planning without having to worry about  what two  grown women  who aren't even in  the wedding party are  going to wear !

They wear a color and style that looks good on them and that will photograph well with fuschia.  They shouldn't wear fuschia to match the wedding colors.  The style of their dress should be dictated by how formal the wedding is and their body shape.

The maid of honor could wear fuschia  .. or a lighter color with fuscia accents and flowers ... the best man could wear fuscia accents with a fuscia boutineer.

Usually the MOB & MOG select their own outfits.

My mother wore black - at first she thought about getting a gown in another color, but the black looked so elegant.

If the main color is fushia you can suggest that they try to pick something that will blend - like teal, pink or dark purple.

They wear what they want, appropriate to the style and time of day of your event. For example, they shouldn't wear a casual dress to an evening affair.

Style depends on the formality of your wedding. First MOB selects her dress style and color, coordinating with the bridesmaids but not matching them. Then the MOG selects her dress to coordinate with the style and color of the MOB dress.

Do you have some accent colors? Like a green? They could wear one of those colors. Or a lighter shade of pink, if it goes with their complexions.

What color gown are you wearing --white or ivory?  I would have them wear something neutral as not to clash with the fuschia.
