    weight is 69.I look good.Just maintain your figure & when you do it,just spend some money on your looks.Got it!

  6. Bearatric, spelling is wrong, is the best thing for people who cannot control their weight. I have known many who have had this surgery and lose so much weight that they get down to a size 10 or less. Look up weight loss clinics and if you see a program with beiratric, or simular spelling, contact them. You can be helped. In reality, you are not the fault. Your body chemistry is off and will not go on track everl

  9. well start going to the gym. and never think to yourself about being ugly and lazy because I know that everyone has different style of living.

  10. Walking is the easiest form of weight-loss exercise. Start doing some stretching in the house. Join a good gym, there are many in Mumbai with professionals to guide you through. And don't worry there are many over-weight persons there, so you won't have any complex.

    About the ugly part, that my friend is something that would need a makeover person. If you got the moolah, take an appointment with a good stylist. Check the yellow pages.

    Just a view, it's not the looks that get a girl but the confidence. Work on improving that.

You will feel lighter.2.Walk 15 minutes before breakfast and before dinner..In one year you will be able to reduce your weight by 12 kgs, reducing one kg in a month.So this will be two years programme to reduce your body weight by 24 kg. Keep this practice throughout, so that you remain active in your lifetime. Drink water each two hours in day time. Have sound sleep of seven hours at night only. Avoid late nights. All the best.
