  1. how tall are you?  At least 5'4 I hope.


  2. Just basically eat 4-6 smaller meals throughout the day rather than 3 large meals. This way you'll feel fuller. By the end of the day you would've eaten more with 4-6 smaller meals over  3 large meals.

    Get plenty of carbs and protein. Roughly 138 grams of protein and consume at least 2000 calories per day.

    This should eventually work out fine.
