ok i've been exercising 30 minutes - an hour every day for the last 2 weeks. i know im not gonna see rapid weight loss but im eating very healthy only drinking water, 100 calorie snacks 2 or 3 times a day, grapes a lot, bananas, vegetable juice, all that stuff. i lost 10 lbs but then suddenly now its all coming back? but when i jumped on the scale this morning for a quick second to see if it was different it was 5 lbs less. idk whats going on

  2. If you are lifting weights you will put some of the fat back on, because muscle weighs more then fat, another solution might be that the initial weight you loss was water weight
