ok i've been exercising 30 minutes - an hour every day for the last 2 weeks. i know im not gonna see rapid weight loss but im eating very healthy only drinking water, 100 calorie snacks 2 or 3 times a day, grapes a lot, bananas, vegetable juice, all that stuff. i lost 10 lbs but then suddenly now its all coming back? but when i jumped on the scale this morning for a quick second to see if it was different it was 5 lbs less. idk whats going on
