My white shoes are scraped?

My white shoes are scraped at the fround like so its dark shreads at the frount also dirty marks what can i do in just a few houres with them? i have no special chemicals just water and soap and other stuff

Same as Alpha - tippex fluid works. also white nail polish.

try tippex if you have some, otherwise if you are really stuck white paint,good luck..

Do you not have white-out? If not Crayola works too.
