  1. dude right click on your home screen, click properties, then from there click settings and adjust the screen resolution, and a second way is press ctrl on a webpage hat is coming up big and scroll the mouse. up makes the page bigger, going down makes the page smaller

  2. In Windows XP:

    1. Right click anywhere on your desktop and select Properties from the menu that pops up.

    2. Click on the Settings tab.

    3. In the lower-left there's a slider marked "Screen Resolution".  If it's not at the left end, try moving it in that direction.  If the resolution slider won't move, you may have a video board problem.

    4. Click Apply.  The screen should go black for a second, then come back in the new resolution.  A little dialog box labeled Monitor Settings should ask you to confirm that you like the new format.  Clicking NO is the same as waiting for its timer to run out.  If you like it, Click YES.

    5. That should do it.

    In Vista:

    1. Right click anywhere on your desktop and select Personalize.

    2. Click Display Settings.

    3. Slide the Resolution slider to the right to make it higher.

If this works but the screen goes back to the old resolution after the next boot, you’ll have to set the resolution using the video board manufacturer’s dialog this way:

    1. Right-click on the desktop background.  Your video board’s manufacturer may have a special entry there.  Mine is “NVidia Control Panel.”  Click it.

    2. Under Select Task, select Display->Change Resolution.

    3. Again, set the slider to the same value you set above.  If the resolution slider won't move, you may have a video board problem.

    4. A pair of Apply/Cancel buttons will appear.  Click the Apply one.

    Hope that helps.
