a surprise birthday with a surprise live music or a band that can serenade that's what my husband did for me for my fist birthday married to him after that it has been expensive gifts, and i got kind of spoiled this year he gave me a card that reed this is your gift so don't loose it and flowers and i thought it was a romantic present more that it was an object type present, i had asked for a portable tv my birthday was on monday and i don't care if he doesn't give me what i asked for because ITS THE TAUGHT THAT COUNTS and I'm also having a party this sunday, my point is that she would love some thing that looks like you thought about for a wile or that is planned it doesn't matter how much it is as long as it looks like you took your time to plan it

a mini 2 day vacation that is one or two hours away with a plan of activities sounds good or treat her to a nice dinner and a present would also be nice

How about getting a Memory Book for her .

You put photos inside and start from where you both met, things from your courtship and places you both went and different things you both did.

Things you want in the future .  Go to some of the places that are special to you both and get a picture of the inside and table or booth you sat and ask for memontos from that place and put them into your Memory Book.

Write some things inside it to her like a poem from your heart and how she looked to you the first time you saw her, and then compare it to the way she blew you away when she walked down the aisle to marry you.....oh do woman love this type of thing and leave room for more events to be placed inside this book.

I found awesome photo albums at Kohls and also Target.Com  got mine on a buy one get one free sale and got 4 of them. They are so perfect and I have 4 memory books for my grandchildren that are close.

Take her to the place you first dated or enjoyed and started falling in love and get her a flower to wear on her dress if she dresses formal, draw her bath that night and put red rose petals in the water and place her towels and things next to the tub.

Make sure she knows how special she is to you and tell her how much you love her every day

Whats her favorite candy......get some for her.

Bring your digital camera that night and have people take pictures of the two of you having a  blast and get them into the book.
