My wife accidentaly put mixed gass (outboard motor) in her mazda. Only about 2 gallons, will this be a problem

Since most outboards that run pre-mix use a 50:1 ratio the amount of oil that has been added to your wife's gas tank is negligible, especially if she tops the tank up with clean fuel.  There's no need to use a "premium" or higher octane fuel than whetever is normally recommended for the Mazda.

Dilute it.

A couple bottles of Heet and top off the tank with premium fuel. Run tank half way down and repeat

It will smoke a bit.

Also on next full fill up, add a engine treatment.

Go to local auto supply and ask.

MAKE SURE YOU GIVE HER A LIFE JACKET AND PADDLE AFTER YOU TOP UP THE FUEL then tell her to stop stealing your boat gas and spend her own money on her car !!!!!!!

Just top up with premium and continue with life.

Nothing will happen.  Might not even smoke, top it off at the local gas station and drive it.
