My wife and I are going to travel with Traflagar tours to rome and Paris. How much should we plan on spending?

To eat decent food and enjoy the area. Most of our sight seeing is already paid for.

A decent meal in Paris can be anything from 10 Euro to 100 Euro, depending on the kind of place you go, and the amounts you like to eat. (A five course meal is more expensive than a 3 course meal in the same place, and just a main course is the cheapest but might not be enough for your needs.)

If you like dining out in style, have a good bottle of wine with it and do not want to restrict yourself in your choice, bring 100 Euro a day person.

If on the other hand, lunch will be something from a bakery shop and dinner in the modest places, keeping a sharp eye on spending, about 25 Euro per day each should do.

But traveling with a tour group you might want to stick with others of the group who do not keep the same budget, so if you can, have money in the bank you can draw out with your bank card.

I have not been to Rome, but I am told that the same range of restaurants and the same price range can be found there.
