I know of the "networking effect" and know that either a lawyer knows somebody who is seeking to adopt a child, or a couple seeking to adopt a child, knows well a friend who is a lawyer.

The 2 legal matters I need fixed are a) I need to legally surrender our first 8.m.o. child to her grandmother. b) I need help on expungment/appealing a plea deal from 2005/2006 (2 misdemeanors).

I could only afford a public defender and I would literally have to borrow money to pay for a private attorney. Our 8.m.o. daughter has a 95th percentile head circumference, which you can type it into google to read about that stuff. Also, fully healthy and I can send pictures to give you an idea of what our upcoming child will be like.

My wife and I have been married since May 2003, and after deciding to start a family, we realized it is unfathomanably more than we expected.

My guess is that someone will read this, and will feel like "this is the situation I've been looking for" answer here or e

  1. WHAT!! You are giving away your baby??? What about the new baby coming??? I am just beside myself.

As far as getting a record expunged - you just need to fill out forms at the court house.

Other than that - you make me SICK

  2. Just to get this straight?

You are willing to place your baby with the lawyer that will work out the other two legal matters.  Basically bartering your child.

Um.  I am pretty sure that is super illegal.  And even if it is not, you should be ashamed of yourself for even thinking about it.

  3. i cannot fully understand what you are saying, are you trying to sell your child for legal services? your 8 mo and this child has health issues? what are you thinking, clearly not about these kids, but maybe you are not being clear and i am mistaken, if so sorry, please be more clear on what you are trying to say this is very confusing be direct and to the point please

  4. Are you asking to trade your baby for legal services?  I am so disgusted by this I can't even comment!

  5. I do not understand exactly what your question is about. However, the courts in Florida usually have Law Library's which you can get any forms you need. You can file all your paper work and show financial evidence that you are below poverty level and possibly not have to pay to file.
