I hate when this happens. Could be worms or maybe corn, hard to tell over the Internet. I would go to the your local pharmacy and purchase a fecal analysis kit which should include a fecometer. With the next discharge of stool you can do the necessary measurements. If worms are present you will need to get some deworming medicine. If it is corn then you are OK.
