  1. slim jim or what we do, small air bag and long rod, push door aweay from body and push door lock button with rod

  2. Tow truck company...

  3. All the above! Here's a thought, My daughter was always locking her keys in the car when she got her first car. I finally figured out a way to solve the problem. I had a key made and fastened it behind one of the license plate with one of the plate screws. Now if she locks herself out, all she has to do is take a dime and take the s***w out and there's a spare key. I do this to all my cars and have locked myself out several times since and was glad I had the spare key under a plate.

  4. locksmith or break the smallest window.

  5. Dont you people have a spare set of keys???? or if you know a cop have them slim jim the door! or use the old coat hanger trick! and be sure to keep a spare someplace on the car or in her purse or something. all the other answers were rather good as well! BUT DONT BREAK out any glass!!! that one is just dumb!

  6. Call a locksmith should run 40-50 depending on where your at.

You know a lot of people think breaking the smallest window is cheaper it's actually the most expensive to replace.

Locksmith doesn't have to cut a key to get in your vehicle.

  7. Definitely go to the dealer to have them cut a key by VIN. Take proof of ownership (tag receipt, title, or current insurance card) and a government issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, military ID, passport, you get the idea).

If it has the grey plastic on the key, it will not start it, but will unlock it (keys with grey plastic are called SENTRY keys and have a chip inside them). In order for it to start it, it has to be programmed to the vehicle. If it has the black plastic, it does not require programming to the vehicle.

The SENTRY key can be programmed by you if you have 2 keys that are already programmed, but otherwise, it has to be programmed at the dealer. Some dealers will program it at no cost to you, most will charge to do it.

The locksmith will charge double or more what the dealer will charge, if not more (around here, it's no less than $75 to cut a key for a lockout, usually more).

Don't break a window to get in, that's only a last resort, late night, Saturday, or Sunday when no one is open and you're stranded in the middle of nowhere and need to get going situation.

BTW, smaller windows are often more expensive to replace than the regular door glass since many of the smaller windows come with the window frame and weatherstrip rather than just a glass.

  8. IF YOU HAVE THE REGISTRATION OR SOMETHING ELSE WITH THE VIN# ON IT GO TO A CHRYSLER DEALER AND THEY CAN MAKE A KEY
