My wife has an interview with british embassy in Minsk, belarus, for settlement visa monday 18th,ANY TIPS??

we met when she overstayed her visa by 4 years which is an offence but left on her own free will and never got in trouble here and we have met all other criteria; however nervous about her overstaying and this will no doubt come up in interview

I'm confused, are you British and she is a foreigner?  If you two are married and one of you is British, there shouldn't be a problem.

If neither of you are British, you may have a problem. It is best to be upfront about it, and appear confident about the outcome.

if you work for the bureaucratic communist apparatus  and  are the Communist Party's member: surely she is gonna have it.
