Question:

My wife has her cosmetology liscense in the U.S. She is European, will her lisecense transfer if in Europe?

I'm in the Military and she has completed 2 years of schooling in Germany but we moved to the states and she just had to take a placement exam and later she obtained her liscence. Will she be able to work when back in Germany? Will her school credits and liscense transfer according to German rules and regulations?

  1. I think you will have to get your wife to contact the German education council (probably can be accessed at the German embassy). Here is the link for the German embassy in the USA:

    If you know you are moving to another country in Europe (Italy, UK etc..) it is best to get the contact details of the embassies in the US. They have consular staff who deal with these requests on a daily basis.
