you cant, if you have a residence visa and your salary must be 4000/- dhs and above if you wish to bring your family (wife) here. But its too expensive here, you cant survive with 3000/- dhs. even if you have a company's accomodation and transportation.

There is only one way out, find a friend and ask him to sponser your wife. She can be hired as an house maid and stay with you.

You have to find a good person who can sponser your wife. Do not get into trap of money.
