My wife is a beautician, does she qualify for the USA diversity visa lottery?

My wife has received notification letter from the Kentucky Consular Center about beeing selected for DV 2009. She has not passed all her secondary school examination but trained as a beatutician. Does she qualify to apply for the diversity visa.

Hard to say, but maybe not. She'll have to go to the interview and then talk about her job and describe what she does at work.
