Get individual passports, tourist visa and plane tickets. Arrange with airline to put them under 'Young Passenger Travelling Alone' where the airline will give them special care and look after them from the time you hand them over for departure until they are safely handed over to your wife. First apply for holiday visa for them ,once thats approved book flights to here and find out if your children are allowed to fly without an adult, next make sure your wife knows what time to pick them up.
