My wife is an EU citizen but i'm not.Do i qualify for de same benefit as an EU student in term of scholarships

My wife and i live in UK. She is a swedish citizen but i'm not. I want to continue my education.Do i qualify for her entitlement as an EU citizen as far as fees and scholarships are concerned? In other words, would i pay fees as a foreign student or an EU student.Pls advise me.
