The problem is that i bought a one way ticket, thinking since she will probably never return to her home country, i would not need a return ticket. Will this be a problem? will immigration trouble her?

  1. Yes, the K3 is technically a nonimmigrant visa but it allows for immigrant intent. As a matter of fact, K3's are expected to file for adjustment of status and pursue their immigration here. Plus, the K3 is good for two years. There is no way to purchase a round-trip ticket with the return flight some two years
