It is very difficult to immigrate to Australia, you need a qualification/skill in demand - see www.immi.gov.au for all the info. If you can pass the points test then simply apply through that site, if not than I'm afraid it is not possible to immigrate. Good luck.

Tell me honestly: what do you want to do in Australia?? Don't you think its culture is a little bit different from yours? Are you willing to abandon your religion and live their way of life? Or are you just like the masses of others who want to live with their culture in a country with a totally different culture? Why do you want to immigrate to such a country? Is it really so bad in Iran?

Don't take it personally but I think there is already enough folks like you in the Western world and no more are needed. That's why I think that you and others like you should stay where they are unless you abandon your religion and FULLY adapt to the Australian way of life. Otherwise you will only utilize the blindness of those who worked out those "human rights" with "freedom of religion" because they don't see what their "human rights" are really doing in these countries.
