My wife is serving a 4 year sentence in vandaila,mo,on a probation violation,no priors.how long before parole?

The probation violation is a bunch of BS,We know and the police know it was a set up from people we know, that worked with the taskforce to get them out of trouble. They was busted twice for manufacturing a controlled substance,among other things. I would really appreciate so info,so that maybe it could be appelled

You cannot have probation without a prior.  Maybe you mean no priors before the charge she got probation for.

Your wife was told in court how long and she has the access to the documents.  Ask her.

she may sit it out but the way it is now with over crowding id say at least half of it if shes good.

She got her break on probation and blew it!
