SO HOW MANY TACK TIME FOR MY IMMIGRANT VISA I GET.

AND ALSO MY DAUGHTER IS USA CITIZEN SHE IS IS 7 MONTH OLD ONLY

I M LAST YEAR GET USA VISIT VISA FOR 1 YEAR AND I VISIT USA 30 DAYS ONLY & COME BACK MY CONTRAY NOW MY VIST VISA EXP.NEXT MONTH SO I APPLAYE AND USA CONSULET GIVE ???

it is going to take time,  till then you can apply again to get temporary Visa

she would have to live in the USA for 4 years and get her citizenship which would allow you to immigrate as her husband.

These petitions currently take about 5 years before they are valid for use. However, if she becomes a US citizen, your petition would be upgraded to IR-1 as the spouse of a US citizen and then it would be valid for use immediately. If that does happen she'll need to tell USCIS about your petition as they won't look for it unless she tells them to.
