Hi...my wife is living in california, she's been there for 2 months waiting for the greencard, how easy for me to get a visa to usa and get the greencard once my wife obtain it? and what r the chances for me to find ajob in california, i'm a 3D visualizer and interior designer have 4 years exp. in Dubai. please if you can answer...i would be greatful.

depends on how the wife is getting her green card, if in a category that allows derivative applicants, such as by a sibling or u.s. citizen parent. it also depneds on what her marital status was when the petiton was submitted for her.  you really need to  provide more information about how she is getting her green card.

As soon as she gets her lawful permanent resident alien (green) card, she can file a Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative on your behalf.  Go to www.uscis.gov and click on Immigration Forms.  It can be filled on line and printed to mail in with the evidence and the fee.  You should have her file immediately because there are priority dates.  

Your job title is considered a specialty occupation and or specialized knowledge.  It probably is in demand on the U.S. west coast.  There are "H" visas and "L" visas that are issued for these purposes.  There are also visitor for business and for pleasure "B" visas.  You can learn about these and other information sources at the web site.

Depends on how she started the process and how she got to the US.  And if she put your name down on her application when she started the process.  You can come to the US thru your job.  There are visa's for that and a company here can sponcer you.  Then you can apply.  It takes a lot of time to get it but it is not difficult.
