My wife left me she has no phycial address to serve her what should i do?

Question

we lost our power, water and she split because she didn't pay them

left me holding the bag so to speak and now i don't know what to do

someone called my phone and said she cheating on me now my world is upside down

Who cld your phone? This does not sound good. Was it a reliable source? I dont know what the relationship was like b4 but it sounds from what you said that she did it on purpose if she was to pay them and did not. I feel for ya man. I hope you find your way and things work out for ya. I am sure you know in your heart which way you should go...

Has  she  turned in  change  address  at  post  office.,, Ask  there  first dont be  embarrased they have  heard it  before.  Also if  she has  changed address  with driver lisence. Its rough  now  but it  will work out.  Just  handel  what you can  on your  own. Dont lose your  head .  get  legal help soon as  can if you are  trying  serve  papers. Also  can  file  report  with  police I think,  then if  she  gets  stopped  soewhere it will come up she is  missing. Not  sure of  how that  rule  works  but  worth  a  talk to them in person or  at  the non  emergency number.

Be happy of that she left. Maybe alone you can climb out from the problems. Poor man with who she is cheating on you.

I'm assuming you mean serve divorce or legal separation papers.

I think if she can't be located you will need to post notices in a certain number of papers where she can reasonably be expected to see them. You will have to have an attorney and will be able to help you make sure you do all that needs to be done.

No kids?  Well, this is simply abandonment.  Her address is still your place, so get a lawyer and divorce her from your place.  Or you can simply do it through a news paper ad.
