  1. Your question is a little confusing but I think you are wondering if she is possibly pregnant.  I am not sure. It is really early to be sick if she were.  I have had five pregnancies and one miscarriage and I did not get sick until about the seventh week of the pregnancy.  That is because the hormones were finally high enough to cause my body to react in that manner.  I never had a headache and do not know anyone who has before.  If she is expecting it is probably to early to tell without a blood test.  She may just have a virus.  Give it a few days and tell her to drink lots of fluids. If she is still ill in a couple of days make her go to the doctor.

  2. Sounds like she is having an appendicitis attack.  take her the the ER!

  3. Could be pregnant could be appendicitis ... could be ... ?

When the egg releases from the ovary, it forms a small cyst to support the embryo in case the egg is fertilized.  Oftentimes, a cyst will cause cramping on the side from which the egg released. If pregnant, the cyst will remain until the placenta develops then it will naturally dissolve or pop.  If the egg is not fertilized, it will still dissolve or pop and her period will start.  The cramping, combined with sickness and puking are all good indications she may be pregnant. Purchase an EPT pregnancy test.  They are one of the most accurate (and most expensive of course) and can tell you up to 7 days before a period starts.

HOWEVER, remember your appendix is on the right side also so puking can indicate a severe infection, especially when combined with cramping and a headace. Have her take her temperature.  If she is running a fever, I suggest a call to the docor to rule out the latter.

  4. appendicitis.  Not related to pregnancy. Take her to the doc.

  5. could be severe PMS

  6. sounds like appendicitis, not pregnancy, have her go to the doctors asap

  7. I would be concerned she might have a tubal pregnancy which is dangerous.

  8. Does she have a fever?  Has she ever had her appendix out?  That's the first thing that comes to mind with a right side pain - appendicitis.
