She said she just happened to wake up and watch me get out of bed and slowly go the refrigerator and make me a sandwich on toast sour dough bread. She then watched me sit down at the table and eat + wash it down with a glass of milk. She called my name, but I never responded.

Then she watched me walk back to the bed climb under the sheets and lay down like nothing happened. She then jabbed me hard and I woke up and said "what". She said you were sleep walking and made you a sandwich. I am still tripping out. What caused this?

  2. hunger hahaha that was class

if ur really concerned talk to ur doctor, but it happens to alot of people, its not dangerous unless u live alone and unlock your doors lol

  3. hunger lol ;-)

  4. This is a disease but nothing to worry.

You have to consult a psychiatrist immediately.

Hypnosis will come to your rescue.

  5. Sleepwalking, or noctambulism, is not uncommon, and nothing to be overly worried about, but consult your doctor because it can be dangerous. Common activities during these episodes are eating, dressing, whistling, singing, even having s*x! The episode is NOT caused by a dream, as you might think- it will occur before the REM stage of sleep. It is a sleep disorder affecting about 18 % of the population and is aggravated by stress, anxiety, psychological issues and the like, as well as the old' it runs in the family' (genetic) factors.  Consult a sleep clinic- medication may help, such a xanax, or stress reduction therapy. Tell your wife that if she carches you doing it again, it is best to gently guide you back to bed and rub your back until you are in the deep dream sleep, as evidenced by the movement of eyes behind the lids and a clearly deep sleep state. Keep hazardous items up, and have your wife hide the keys before bed if it becomes common. Good luck.
