My wife works in a really hot warehouse as a secretary they have Air Cond; Is there something to buy a fan or something like that; I dont even think a fan would work; is there something out there that will cool her off and she can just plug in; any suggestions would help; thanks in advance!!!

How about one of those portable A/C units?

I know you said they had A/C but it apparently isn't big enough or doesn't cover her area.
