dr not able to find proper line of treament,only symtomamtic.Pet scan does not show any serious growth,she is taking hoeopathic medicine +wheatgrass ,apple juice regulaly after operation 2 1/2 yrs,she is better. what other natural way she should adopt,vr not going 4 chemo or any operation

She needs to get a new Dr. There are many treatment options available for heavy bleeding. A Gynecologist can find the cause of bleeding.

The fact that she has a recurrent lesion is suggestive that chemotherapy should be the therapy of choice. The use of same therapy (based on platinum and taxane) as before would be advisable. The toxicities would therefore essentially be similar.

But before finalising this consult your oncologist and let him actually detail you the disease to you.

It would be good if you get a Serum CA125 levels also examined.

There had to be a reason for the profuse bleeding. It may not necessarily be related to the previous disease, though one has to look for it's recurrence meticulously. PET scan may be normal but it is not the only investigation.You may seek a second or a third opinion from different gynaecologist/oncologist.Sometimes common sense approach is better than highly sophisticated investigations. Relying on natural and alternative medicines certainly is not going to help you.Seek help from a gynaecologist/ oncologist at the earliest.
