  2. Is your power out?  (I know dumb question but just checking)

    Try unplugging it and just leaving it for a while.  Then plug everything back in.  Make sure that everything on the Wii is plugged into the electrical socket.  More than a few times I've accidentally plugged in something I thought was my Wii or PS2 but was really my clock or something.  Then I freaked out about why it wasn't working.  If none of this helps I'd suggest running by your local GameStop.  They'll be able to help you out.
