My wii wont turn on, I haven't had but for 2 months, I haven't played it for about 3 weeks...?

Have you made sure that all of the wires are plugged into the wii and the outlet? I know its obvious but just saying that could be a problem. Otherwise hopefully you have a warranty or bring it to a store and see if they can find a problem with it or try to call Nintendo's Costumer service.
