Fault Module Name: iefdm2.dll_unloaded

It mean that iefdm2.dll is not loaded into your explorer process,

iefdm2.dll stands for Internet explorer free download manager2

Check whether the files located in your c:\windows\system32\ or c:\program files\***

Some people have reported that some spyware camouflage themselve as this filename, install antivirus, this problem occurs most likely because you don't have newly updated antivirus, get avgfree 8, it has a very good protection.

Or maybe you have installed free download manager, uninstall it first, restart your pc, then check whether the problem still insist.

I have free download manager in my pc, and it does not supposed to load itself into explorer process, most likely you have spyware in your pc.
