That prevents BBC iplayer from downloading and playing programs,can someone please help me fix this?

  1. Visit the BBC iPlayer FAQ pages .. and then google for iPlayer 'bulletin boards'

    The first thing they will ask is 'what operating system ?' and 'what version of Direct X ?'...
