it doesn't want to save vids i make and when it finally does it saves onto a "recordable cd" even though there is no cd inside my laptop and i press save onto computer

i am tired trying to figure it out, its busted. i just wish there was a way to delete it without hurting my microsoft word, excel etc. or anything else (i'd be super pissed b/c i am sort of computer illiterate) is there any way to just delete that particular program and then install it again? i don't see it in the add/delete programs list. and after that, how could i add the program again? i don't have the microsoft windows cd.

please can someone give me the answers i so desperately need, thanks you in advance :)

  2. check on my music folder, or just click my document, or click start menu, click on my recent documents, find there right click on it, click delete.
