My windows open half size. When I stretch them out they always return as half size.anyone help?

OPEN THE PROGRAM EXPAND USING THE MAX. BUTTON IN THEUPPERER RIGHT CORNER. THEN CLOSE THE WINDOW THISHOULDLD SET THE PROGRAM WINDOW TO OPEN IN FULL SCREEN.

Thotherer thing is to open the program set the window to size you want. then close should be set to new size
