My windows vista laptop isnt letting me change the realmlist to world of warcraft?!?

When i change it and click save it says im not the administrater or owner of the computer so i cant save it even thoe im the only one on here and im the owner and admin what do i do to change this around? I just want to be able to change it so i can get on differnt servers please help me.
