My windows vista will not log me in to my screen.?

i have a Dell Inspiron 1525 with windows vista that ive had for about a month. my screen is set to administrator and has a password while the guest screen and my moms do not.

it lets me go on other screens, but recently when i type in my password to get onto my screen it says there was a failure to load the profile.

its been like this for about 2 days now.

what do i do?

maybe you have the wrong password

You probably got a virus that has taken control of the administrator account.  Since you now can't run a test on the administrator account you need to take the computer to a tech.  Since it's in warranty just call Dell and have them come out and fix it - it's free with the warranty.
