My wireless card won't install!!!!?

I have a Belkin wireless card im trying to set up on my W2000 computer. I downloaded the software, put in the card, and it just isn't working. The software works and it just isn't reconizing the card. I searched teh model number on Belkin so I know the software is the right one!

Be sure that the computer's operating system is compatible with the card. If so, you should un-install the software for the wireless card and then re-install it while following the instructions. If this does not completely work, you can open the "new hardware wizard" in control panel and the wizard will search for the already installed software and finish the setup.
