My wireless connects to my internet for about 10 minutes a time, so i have to reset it every time! help please

Question

It connects locally all the time, but only to the internet for a certain amount of time, then it stops and connects only locally again. I have to turn off the modem (i think thats what its called) in the other room and back on again and wait for the internet. Do you know how to keep it connected to the internet? I have tried to write this question twice already!!! its annoying haha.

I'd say contact your internet service provider and make sure the signal strength is high.  Cause that was happening to me and the isp said it was due to low signal strength which kept interrupting the connnection and they had to send a technician out to repair it.  If its worked good before its probably not the modem that's bad.

ya sounds like your router has passed on i would suggest if resetting it dossent work try buying a new one you can find them cheep now a days
