i'd leave her be if she likes it and it soothes her, it might remind her of her parents or siblings, if you really want her to stop spray this anti-chew stuff on it, it stops animals chewing because it tastes bad, found in pet shops maybe in the dog section

If your horse likes to chew on its rope let her do that but if gets to bad to the point where shes eating it slap her on the neck now this won't hurt her it will just suprise her don't slap her really, really hard or that will really hurt.

You can't get her to stop.  Some horses chew ropes, some chew wood.  It's just the way they are.  Keep some spare rope on hand.
