My word resume is showing grammar errors that don't apply to my resume structure?

I have my resume written, and while I sum up qualifications in short paragraphs word reads it as a grammatical error and gives me the GREEN SQUIGGLES UNDERLINES!!! argh!

Not a problem you say, Just right click and ignore.

The problem is while it disappears for me anyone I send it to will see the green squiggles. Bad first impression, Is there a way to send a word document to others without them seeing grammatical errors that you intend ? Surely there must be a way?

For example incase you're still puzled If my header were to say:

pizza making experience

Mixing ingredients, pounding dough, tossing dough, flipping dough, rolling dough, circular pizza sauce spreading, , flaking cheese on sauce, slide sticking dough into oven, pulling pizza out of oven

If you know the answer I'd appreciate help.

Word sees this as a gramatical nightmare!
