If you have that attitude toward your boss and your job, your boss probably thinks the same about you anyway and it's better to resign than get fired.

if u want to quit ur job, first u need to find another job that are better than the job u having today. When u work it never gonna be easy. U need to work as a team, get along w/ other, b/c u don't work for urself or for ur family. Nothing is easy in the world, that why u have to learn how to handle the situation. Sometime it's ok for not caring too much about other people point of view, u just need to do a good job (do the right thing), just do wat they ask u do to, n try not to listen to the negative words. U can do it!!
