My work keeps rostering me on outside of my availability?

and mum and dad are getting heaps mad about having to pick me up late at night and I have a tendency to fall asleep at school the next day if I've worked late the night before. I've told work this twice already and my availability form says I can work til 8pm, not 9pm which is when they keep rostering me on til. I love my job and dont want to lose it or have to quit. Mum and Dad say I have to miss those shifts...what if they fire me?

School is more important then your job right now.  Your job can get in trouble for keeping you late on school nights.  Have your parents talk to your employer about this issue.  Sometimes it's better if the adults talk to each other.  If they fire you, get another job that you like.  Your employer should abide by the rules when it comes to hiring youth.

tell your boss straight out ... that you agreed to work til 8p.m. because your parents won't let you work later . your schoolwork is your priority ... being to tired at school may be great for the company but it's not going to help your life . If they fire you , it's their loss .

  If they ignore you and keep giving you late shifts ... Quit.
