I'm 18 years old, 5 ft 7 and weight 138 pounds.
Currently I workout 5 days a week and take 2 supplements, SuperPump250 before my workout and SizeOn (Creatine).
I workout my Chest and Biceps 2 days a week and my Triceps and Shoulders 2 days a week and abs all 5 days. By lifting weights (dumbbells, bench pressing, weight machines etc). I also play basketball 2 to 3 days a week.
As for my diet I eat eggs for the morning, and for lunch a meat with proetein such as tuna, turkey or chicken and a light dinner consisting of another lean meat with protein. I drink around 6 to 8 bottles of water a day and only have junk food once or twice a week (can of soda, cookies, chips).
How long do you think it will take me to get a 6 pack and is this a good workout plan I am doing? It seems that my stomach is already getting slimmer and arms nd chest and shoulders gettin bigger nd toned up. (I have been doing this workout plan for about a week and half now)
