My worst fear...!!!!!!!!

is my house geting caught on fire and im really scared just this week! how do i stop forgeting about it! cuzz when i was driving i saw a house on fire-big time and two people ands there puppy got bruned and died and it scared me big time! i have two cats i love and a CUTE puppy im worried about!

Unplug unneeded appliances especially computers, TVs and any other unneeded electronic equipment. Now is a good time to check for flammable materials around gas water heaters or for oil rags. Get rid of sources of combustible materials and you will drastically reduce the chance of a fire.

It's unrealistic to think that because someone else's house burned, that your house will burn as well, but I can understand you being shaken up by the whole thing.  The site below will help you with fire safety around your home, and if that doesn't help you feel better, you might want to talk to a counselor.
