My wrist always hurts!?

Question

whenever i use my left wrist alot it starts really hurting me for about 2 hours. This has happened to me for about 4 months since my wrist hurt for 2 weeks and never stoped ( i didn't do anything i know of to get it hurting)

whats up with my wrist?

Chronic wrist pain such as you describe almost always can be resolved  with amputation of the hand.

It could be tennis elbow, oddly enough. I get this when I crochet a lot. You can buy a brace at the drugstore for your wrist, the same kind that people wear for carpal tunnel, that will help you to use that part of your arm less. It just needs rest.

Do you type a lot on the compter? Do you play video games  a lot? how about texting?  anything that involves using the wrist a lot...

It sounds like it could be the beginning of carpal tunnel syndrome... You might want to get it checked out if it's bothering you that much. It could become much worse..
