  1. get an ultrasound scan done for MSK wrist and elbow and post ur report here i can tell you what went wrong. tell me if you are a just a statrer in boxing.

  2. yew probly should put icy on it it will probly help

  3. you might be punching the wrong way. talk to your trainer about how to improve the technique of your punches.

  4. Just lay off the hand that hurts for about a week.

The place where the thumb meets the wrist ony my right hand was hurting for about three days before i decided to tell my trainer.

He said to use the other hand for a bit.

If both arms are in pain, I would suggest you work on conditioning [running, pushups, and situps].

  5. It's called PUNCHING! If you don't want it to hurt, stop boxing!
